Pay the fixed mint price to receive a sealed Worker Crate. Part of every mint fee is routed on-chain toward the community reward pool.

Reveal Your Worker
Open the crate to reveal a pixel-art worker with a cosmetic company-inspired theme, a class, and a rarity tier assigned by verifiable randomness.

Put Them to Work
Send workers to jobs on the board. Each job spends $PONSLABOR, runs for a set duration, and earns Job Points toward the shift board.

Compete for the Reward
Job Points rank wallets on the shift board. When the competition window closes, the community reward is distributed per the published rules.
